Travel Buyers are welcomed into Las Vegas for 3 Days of scheduled networking, site inspections, attractions, and activities  with suppliers from across the great state of Nevada.

The Appointment Requesting Period will open three weeks before the show. During that period, you can request your Marched Appointments. You will not be able to see the requests made by others. Afterwards, all requests will be matched by our AI!

Mutual requests will be granted first, then requests made by travel buyers, followed by requests made by the Nevada suppliers. Once you receive your schedule, you will be able to add, reschedule or cancel any of your appointments via your own Dashboard. You can also send and receive private messages, block timeslots and update your public profile.
